What do Opera By Disguise and four of the world’s top chefs all have in common? They all received a standing ovation at the Savour Tasmania Food and Wine Festival. Our cast were in great company and played an integral role in what was any foodie’s night of nights! With Australia’s own Testsuya Wakuda, Singapore’s Emmanuel Stroobandt and London’s Shane Osborn and Marcus Eaves leading the way with 10 courses of gastronomic heaven, Opera by Disguise’s guest speaker “Marco DeAngelo” spoke about the amazing wines dedicating an Italian toast getting entire room clapping and singing along!
